📋 Donation Rules
Minimum donation: 50,000 Zeny increments only
Accumulative system: Donations stack - add more to increase your total
Real-time tracking: See current top contributors instantly
Competitive nature: Highest donor wins the town buff
🏆 Buff Mechanics
Top donor only: Only the #1 contributor receives the buff
Persistent effect: Buff remains active as long as you're #1
Automatic transfer: New top donor immediately receives the buff
Previous holder loses buff: Only one person can hold a town's buff
Single buff limit: You can only have ONE town relation buff active at a time
